Air Doctor offers travelers the best possible services if they fall ill abroad through quick and convenient access to high-quality medical care from anywhere in the world, all through an easy-to-use app. The Air Doctor app connects travelers to a global network of over 20,000 professional medical doctors across 75 countries. This means travelers can get treated by a doctor who speaks their language, whilst avoiding expensive visits to hospitals or medical clinics.

Where are we located?
Our offices are in the heart of the green landscape of Moshav Beit Nekofa, near Hemed Interchange and Mevaseret Zion.

The Billing Representative at Air Doctor works with medical providers and service suppliers to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and customer accounts. The role involves managing billing inquiries and collaborating with various departments within the company to resolve issues. The representative must be highly proficient in English, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently- No prior experience in the field is required.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting invoices from overseas medical providers.
• Handling billing inquiries.
• Verifying data and updating customer invoices.
• Reviewing, calculating, monitoring, and documenting invoices.
• Monitoring and managing ongoing tracking of invoices and customer reports.
• Inputting and updating data while tracking invoice costs.
• Assisting with process improvements in collaboration with the finance department.

Requirements:

• Excellent English skills, both verbal and written – mandatory.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office systems, including Excel.
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Good learning ability and logical thinking.
• Additional languages – an advantage

• Our offices are in the heart of the green landscape of Moshav Beit Nekofa, near Hemed Interchange and Mevaseret Zion.

• The position is full-time but flexible and can accommodate students or those seeking a “mother’s position.”
