Air Doctor was such an easy way to get me medical help whilst abroad. A very easy online process and a really great GP on the end of a WhatsApp video call, which was my chosen means of communication. Dr Ibrar A spoke perfect English, really listened to my problem and emailed my prescription to the all night pharmacy nearest to my hotel. I felt very relieved not to have had to try and find a GP late on a Friday night when Ud just arrived in Munich fir the weekend. This app is a miracle. I’m from Australia and we went on a trip to Italy and contracted a terrible virus. I was extremely unwell and needed to see a doctor asap. As we were in Siena, in a hotel room and on a Sunday, we didn’t have any clue how to get to a doctor. Then my husband discovered Air Doctor and within an hour, I had a video consultation with a GP who was very helpful and calmed my nerves. Keep this app on your phone whenever you travel.

I was very sick in Paris and my travel insurance recommended that I find a doctor through the Air Doctor app. I was able to book a same day appointment near my hotel. The doctor was patient, professional and English speaking. After an examination, he ordered lab tests and helped me find a lab near me. He also prescribed antibiotics once the issue was confirmed. Overall, great experience. I highly recommend this service!
