    Amazing. I got sick in Cambodia right before a flight. I was able to login to air doctor and book an appointment within 4 hours in another city ( Bangkok ). I went to the practice, they saw me early, checked my vitals, I saw a doctor, was given appropriate tests, was prescribed medication and sent results online. Amazing add on to travel insurance from the Post Office. Took a signficant amount of stress out of this situation. Thank you so much.

    I'm unwell and have been for few days. Air Doctor comes as a free add-on with my Post Office Travel Insurance policy so it was the obvious choice when looking for medical advice. I logged onto their app at 3pm and requested an appointment the same day. Within 20 minutes an appointment came back, a home visit at 4pm. Amazing! The charming English speaking doctor arrived exactly on time at our apartment. She listened while I told her my symptoms and understood my problem She gave me reassuring advice and left medication to save having to go to the pharmacy. I'm so impressed. An absolutely excellent service.

    Very efficient and quick doctor appointment literally within an hour. I was in a very remote area in italy and was able to connect with an italian doctor online which was able to give me prescriptions in Italian. Very good experience overall and highly recommend. It is also supported by travel insurance that I got from post office.
