How do I get the Air doctor App?

For iPhone/iPads: search in Apple Store for Air Doctor app. For Android systems: search in Google Play for Air Doctor App.
For computers: type www.air-dr.com in your browser and choose the “I am a doctor” tab.

How do I login to Air Doctor App?

Choose “login with an existing account”, Type e-mail: your mail address, Type password: a personal identification number which you got from Air Doctor team, Press login tab, Accept Terms of Use .

Profile FAQs

Where do I see my Profile?

Download the Air Doctor App, choose your specialty, press Filters and change Current Location to Your location (City or town), go back to the doctors list. You will be listed and you will be able to see and review your profile.
You can also go to www.air-dr.com website, login to your account and update your profile by yourself.

How do I Change my username or password?

Your Username is the e-mail you used to register with Air Doctor, your password is a number assigned by Air-doctor system and cannot be changed.

How do I change my pictures?

Send new pictures to Air Doctor from your registered e-mail. You can also go to www.air-dr.com website, login to your account and change or add pictures by yourself at Air Doctor Website.

How do I change my fees, clinic hours, etc?

Send updated information to Air Doctor from your registered e-mail. You can also go to www.air-dr.com website, login to your account and update your information by yourself at Air Doctor Website.

How do I update my CV?

Send updated information to Air Doctor from your registered e-mail.
You can also go to www.air-dr.com website, login to your account and update your information by yourself at Air Doctor Website.

Appointment FAQs

How do I answer to an appointment request?

You Login to Air Doctor app using your assigned Username and password.
Air Doctor provided you with your Password number, and the Username is your registered e-mail.
Press “ My appointments” tab and you will see the appointments waiting for your answer within 45 minutes.

How do I suggest an alternative day or time for the appointment?

After you press “Accept” in the appointment request, a window will open and there you will be able to suggest alternative day or time.

How do I change an appointment that has been already scheduled?

Open “my appointments” tab, under your Active appointments you will find the scheduled appointments. Edit the appointment as needed or cancel it.

How do I get the patient’s address and phone number for a home visit?

After accepting the appointment you will get an e-mail, as well as a push notification to your phone with the patient phone number and address for home visit.

How does the patient get my clinic address and phone number?

Patient will get the doctor’s clinic address and phone number through e-mail and phone push notification after the doctor accepts the appointment.

How do I cancel a meeting?

Go to “My Appointment” tab, choose the relevant appointment and press the “Cancel” button.

If I didn’t answer to a request within 45 min, can I still contact the patient?

No.

Should I provide any documentation to the patient?

A Summary of the visit, if the patient requests it for his/her insurance. We will send automatically the invoice with all information to the patient, after you approve the appointment has happened in the system.

Payment FAQs

Who set the doctor fee and the extra fees?

The doctor set the fees and the extra charges; we automatically add our commission to those fees. Regarding the extra charges you will need to manually add our commission.

What is Air Doctor Commission?

Our commission varies in different countries and ranges between 10%-20%.

How does Air Doctor collect the fees from the patient?

Patient has to provide credit card information in order to set a request for appointment to you. Once you approve the appointment has happened the patient is charged and automatically and invoice is sent to the patient by Air Doctor.

Who is paying the doctor?

Once a month Air Doctor transfer the doctors payment, after deducting our commission, to the way of payment you provided to Air Doctor at the time you registered.

When do I get paid by Air Doctor?

Once a month, during the first week of the month.

How do I add extra charges to the visit fee?

After the appointment happened you need to go to “My appointment” tab, and approve that the appointment happened. You will be prompted then to add extra charges if they occurred.

Can a patient pay in cash or directly to the doctor?

No, patients can pay only through the application or website.

If I refer a patient to a hospital or to do exams or lab tests, who gets paid for it?

If the Lab or hospital is not registered with Air Doctor, the patient will need to pay directly the provider of the service.

Report and Reviews FAQs

How do I know how much money Air Doctor owes to me?

Once a month we send you a report with all the appointments you conducted through Air Doctor. You can also login to your account in our website and go to the “My reports” tab and find all the information.

How do I see past appointments and charges?

You login to your account in our website and go to the “My reports” tab; you will see a report for past appointment as well as current appointments. You always can contact Air Doctor Support and we will send you the information.

Can I respond to reviews written about me?

You can send your comments to Air Doctor Support team and we will review and decide whether it is appropriate to do so.

Legal Aspects

Who is liable for the medical treatment provided by me?

The doctor is solely liable for the medical treatment. Air Doctor provides only information services and not medical services.

Do I need to sign a contract?

When you login to our Application or Website you are prompted to read and agree to the Terms and Conditions for using our platform. The T&C serves as the agreement between the service provider and Air Doctor.
